Greenbluff Honey Farm is proud to supply high quality local raw honey to the Spokane area. We provide pure local raw honey.  Yes the honey comes straight from the honeycombs where the honey is opened and spun out to extract the honey. Our honey is then strained to remove any of the wax combs etc. and then bottled in convenient honey containers for our customers.  Honey doesn’t spoil; honey will crystallize, but can be heated at a low temperature to return it to its natural state.  Our honey is never pasteurized and has all the flavors and benefits honey has to offer. One of our products is intentionally allowed to crystallize under special conditions to produce creamed honey or spun honey.  This is a very desirable honey that is spread easily on toast etc.
